Matt Bennett
Matt Bennett is founder and CEO of Christian Union, a Christian leadership development organization with the mission to bring sweeping spiritual and cultural transformation to our nation and the world by developing and networking Christian leaders to make an impact for Christ. Christian Union focuses its activity through three primary ministries. Christian Union Day and Night mobilizes Christians across the country to seek the Lord for revival and reformation. Secondly, Christian Union Union Universities ministers at America’s most influential and secular universities with work at Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton, Stanford and Yale. Lastly, Christian Union Cities develops Christian leaders in America’s most influential cities, starting with New York City and Washington, D.C.
A native of Houston, Texas, Matt earned B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Cornell University and holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He worked for Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) at Princeton University for twelve years, and developed the ministry into one of the largest in the history of the northeast. In 2002 he founded Christian Union with the strategy of developing Christian leaders in the nation’s centers of influence. The ministry has been featured in the New York Times, PBS, NPR, CBN, Christianity Today and World Magazine. Matt currently resides in New York City.

Grace Ann Arvey
Grace Ann joined Christian Union in 2022, where she was radically transformed by Christian Union’s seeking God lifestyle emphasis and ignited by the Holy Spirit with a deep passion for national reformation and revival. In 2023, she embraced the role of Director of Christian Union America.
With a BA from Covenant College and an M.Ed. from Western Governors University, Grace Ann’s professional journey encompasses diverse experiences, from teaching in inner city school to providing support for Christian financial advisors and nonprofit executives.
Based in the scenic city of Chattanooga, TN, Grace Ann loves to spend time with her husband and a growing family, which includes children through biology, foster care, and adoption. They enjoy hiking, boating, lawn games, reading, and hosting cookouts with friends and family.
