The Great Experiment: Day 14

Here are today’s Bible reading and prayer points.

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” Joshua 1:8

Read Joshua 1:1-9 for more context.

Pray that you will stay consistent with your intake of the Bible, day and night. Ask God’s blessing of prosperity and success in all areas of your life and for your friends and family, as His word is put into practice.

The “Five Rs” of The Great Experiment, October 1-31, 2018

Read & Pray. Spend 30 minutes every morning reading the Bible and praying, and also spend time in the evening doing the same.

Repent. What sins do I need to repent of today? What hindrances to my devotion to Christ can I remove today?

Respond to the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, what is the one thing you most want me to do today? (Write it down, and do it today).

Raise Your Faith. God, give me the strength and courage to complete my Joshua Faith Challenge.

Represent Christ. How will I bear witness to Christ today? With whom shall I share the Gospel today?
