    Thank you for posting this encouragement for fasting. I started a fast two days ago for health reasons, but quickly felt the Lord walking along with me. I initially intended to go two days, but now am relying on the Holy Spirit to guide me in my purpose and length? So grateful that God has given us this practice to draw us closer to Him and make our hearts and minds clear to His purpose in us.
